Terms and Conditions

 

General WARRANTY terms applicable to all appliances:

1. The warranty service is for the product purchased in Hong Kong only.
2. Please retain the warranty certificate or audio warranty card and present it together with the official invoice/receipt to our technician or representative during each service.
3. Free replacement of spare parts under normal usage except: cabinet, front panel, knobs, removable/cosmetic accessories, batteries, consumables, AC cord, connecting cords, etc.
4. Replaced parts will belong to company property.
5. All the right of the warranty will be void and null if: damage caused by accident or negligence: the product has been operated not follow the product original instruction manual: Or damaged under altered, and/or repaired by unauthorized person: Or the serial number has been altered, effaced and/or removed: Or the company is not promptly of any change of address or the ownership of the product.
6. The company only provides service at any time during normal business hours and under safety environment.
7. The company will not be liable for any loss direct or consequential arising from breakdown of the product(s).
8. For service on outlying islands or public vehicle cannot reach area in Hong Kong, an additional fee will be charged. In case workshop service is needed, the customer will be responsible for transporting the product to and from our service centre.
9. In any circumstance, the paid fee is non-refundable.
10. The contents of this warranty would be adjusted without prior notice.

 

一般性條款;適用於本地所有保用產品

1. 本地之保用服務範圍只限香港地區。
2. .請妥存本保用証及購機收據正本,並於修理服務時向本公司服務員一併出示,為有效。
3. 免費更換零件不包括:機殼、面板、旋扭、可拆除的產品附件、電池、消耗品及電源線等。
4. .維修更換之零件均屬本公司財物。
5. 在下列情況下,保用權益將會自動失效:疏怱使用、意外事件或天災人禍而引致機件損壞:或不按產品原厰使用說明書操作:或曾經非本公司技術員壇自維修或改裝:或機身號碼曾被轉換,塗改或除去:或用戶遷址而未及時通知本公司者。
6. 一切服務只在本公司辦公時間內及安全工作環境下提供。
7. 本公司將不負責任何於保養產品損壞所招致直按或間接之損失。
8. 離島及公共交通不達地區的用戶若需提供服務,需付予本公司所訂之附加費用。 若機件需取回維修者。
9. 用戶需自行負責將該機運抵本公司服務中心,並於修妥後自行負責取回該機。
10. 在任何情況下,已繳付之費用,恕不退回。
11. 本保用細則內容若有修改,恕不另行通知。
